不同血管分析方法在脑血管成像中的应用研究

摘要 目的为了更准确、直观地显示脑血管的形态结构以及与临近组织的关系,确定脑血管病变的部位和性质。方法采用GE64排128层VCT先对脑血管进行平扫和增强扫描,再通过软件减影的办法实现类DSA(数字减影血管造影)效果,最后用惠普ADW4.5工作站进行血管分析。结果 80例患者颅脑CTA(CT血管造影术),病变的检出率达93.7%,漏诊血管瘤2例,比较DSA总符合率达96.0%。1例为CT阈值不正确,1例为观察角度不正确,原因是血管分析法使用不当。结论综合运用各种血管分析方法对于正确诊断血管病变是非常必要,CTA在诊断颅脑血管病变上是可靠的。 Objective To obtain a better display of cerebrovascular morphosis and relation with adjacent tissue in an accurate and intuitive way for diagnosis of the position and condition of cerebrovascular Iesions. Methods A parallel scan and an intensified scan of cerebral vessels are performed respectively with GE 64-row 128-slice VCT. Then, an imaging subtraction software is used to realize the effect that is similar to DSA. Finally, the workstation of liP ADW4.5 is applied for analysis of blood vessels. Results Based on cerebral CTA results of 80 patients, the detection rate of lesions is 93.7% and there are 2 cases of omission diagnosis of hemangioma. The total coincidence rate of cerebral CTA is 96.0% in contrast to that of DSA. Discussion CT threshold of one case and observation perspective of another case are found incorrect, both of which are resulted from improper use of vascular analysis methods. Conclusion It is of great necessity to apply various vascular analysis methods for correct diagnosis of vascular lesions. Application of CTA is available for diagnosis of cerebrovascular lesions.
