摘要
目的探讨床旁计算机X线摄影(Computer Radiography,CR)在心脏手术后即刻应用的重要性。方法 345例心脏手术患者,术后即刻使用CR摄取床旁胸片,分析其胸片表现,并加以总结。结果全部病例均有不等量胸腔积液,其中肺不张297例,占86.09%;气胸7例,占2.03%;气管插管位置过深或过浅3例,占0.87%;心脏压塞1例,占0.29%。结论床旁CR胸部摄影是全面了解心脏术后胸部并发症的重要检查手段,应作为常规必须的检查。
Objective To study the significance of immediate bedside chest computed radiographs after cardiovascular surgery. Methods The bedside chest radiographs obtained by portable X-ray equipment in 345 patients who underwent cardiovascular surgery are evaluated and summarized. Results Symptoms of unequal pleural effusion are seen in all cases, which include atelectasis in 297 cases accounting for 86.09%; pneumothorax in 7 patients, 2.03%; endotracheal intubation in abnormally deep or shallow positions in 3 cases, accounting for 0.87%; cardiac tamponade in 1 case, accounting for 0.29%. Conclusion The bedside chest computed radiography after cardiovascular surgery, as a valuable inspection method for detection of chest complications, shall be regarded to be a necessary examination item.
