Health reform in UK went into actual implementation since April 1st, 2013. Compared with the argument before Health and Social Care Bill passed, the implementation is much quieter, but this does not mean that it starts smoothly. Critics question the interest conflict for general physicians who are responsible for more than 80% budget in NHS.Whether GP will put the cost control target of the government or the best interest of the patients at the first place will have an enormous influence on the relationship between patients and physicians.
