摘要
城市地铁客流拥挤,突发事件多,大客流问题成为了影响地铁运营安全的重要因素。本文运用安全控制论原理对地铁大客流问题以三个步骤进行分析:一是根据地铁运营安全标准的要求确定地铁正常运营时的客流量;二是衡量大客流发生后地铁运营实际客流量与预定目标的偏差,分析出现该偏差的原因;三是从车站空间和车站节点两方面研究大客流状态疏运策略,减少大客流带来的安全隐患。
The passenger flow of urban subway was crowded and it has lots of emergency. The problem of large passenger flow has become an important factor affecting the safety of subway operation. This paper analyses the problem of large passenger flow of metro that based on the theory of security control in three steps: first, according to the requirement of safety standards of metro operation, it can determine the passenger flow under the normal operation; second, measure the deviation between actual large passenger flow and intended target,and analysis reasons for the deviation; Third, study the strategy of large passenger flow's evacuation and transportation from the station space and the station node to reduce the potential safety hazard of large passenger flow.
