隧道工程施工阶段的风险研究属于隧道安全的一个重要组成部分。在崇山峻岭和越江跨河的地区建设中,隧道因为具有缩短线路长度、提高建设标准、保护生态环境等特点而成为工程建设中的一个关键环节。本文先简要介绍了风险管理的步骤及方法,然后以桃花峪隧道为背景,结合国内外研究成果和风险管理指南,对桃花峪隧道施工阶段所面对的风险利用层次分析法进行重要度分析,以发现风险的重要因素,便于进行重点管理。

The risk studies on Tunnel construction phase are an important part of the tunnel safety. In the construction of the mountains and cross-river crossing region, the tunnel has to shorten the line length, to improve construction standards to protect the ecological environment, which becomes a key link in the project construction. This article first introduces the steps and methods of risk management, then the paper takes Taohuayu tunnel as an example to make an important analysis in the tunnel construction phase by combining with domestic and international research results and the Risk Management Guide and using the AHP method so as to discover the important factors of risk in order to manage the key point.
