摘要
在矿井建设中,临时改绞是必不可少的环节,井筒到底后通过临时改绞可以在较短的时间内形成较大的提升能力,能够加快矿井建设速度。传统立井临时改绞后,提升方式为矿车运输和临时罐笼提升相组合的运输方式。新改绞工艺增加了箕斗提升系统,采用了双罐笼和双箕斗的混合提升方式,并且在井底增设了临时煤仓和半自动装煤系统。实现了矸石提升和物料、人员运输的分离,并且用胶带运输替代矿车运送矸石,极大提高了整个立井临时提升系统的提升效率。

It realizes transportation of separation for coal wasting promotion, materials and personnel promotion, and use belt conveyor substitute for tape transportation shipping coal wasting, greatly improving the system of vertical shaft temporary promotion efficiency.
