Measures and Suggestions for Speeding up the Development of SMEs in Western China

简要分析我国西部地区中小企业发展政策现状及问题,研究提出实行差异化政策、设立专项工程、加强规划指导、"四化"同步、突出区域特色、发展循环经济和强化科技支撑等加快西部地区中小企业发展的对策措施建议。

This paper made a brief analysis of development situation and policies for SMEs in Western China, and proposed the measures and suggestions for promoting the development of SMEs in Western China, such as, implementing differentiation policies, establishing special project, strengthening planning guidance, implementing ＂four modernizations＂ synchronization, highlighting the regional characteristics, developing circular economy and strengthening scientific and technological support.
