黑龙江省绿色食品区域品牌竞争力提升研究

摘要 发展绿色食品不仅仅是经济发展的客观理念,这也是世界众多消费者共同的心声。绿色食品的生产推动了可持续农业的发展。重视绿色食品生产的推广和利用,其范围不仅局限于食品当中,而且也应该扩张到其他经济作物当中。欧盟国家已经开始对化学农药使用进行更加严格的管理,以促进绿色食品生产方式等替代常规农业生产的发展。澳大利亚联邦政府已于20世纪90年代中期提出了可持续发展的国家农林渔业战略,并推出了"洁净食品"计划。日本也不甘落后,农林水产省已经推出"环保型农业"发展计划,并开始制订绿色食品生产法。在发展中国家,也已开始绿色食品生产的研究和探索。 The development of green food is not only the objective idea of economic development, and also is the common aspiration of the world's consumers. Green food production promotes the development of sustainable agriculture. We should pay attention to the promotion and use of green food production, and its scope is not limited to the food, but also should be extended to other economic crops. The EU countries have already started more strict management on the use of chemical pesticides to promote the development of green food production replacing the conventional agricultural production. Australian federal government has proposed a national forestry and fisheries sustainable development strategy in the nineteen ninties metaphase, and introduced the "clean food" program. Japan also has launched the "green agriculture" development plan, and began to develop green food production method. And the developing countries have also begun to study and explore the green food production.
