关于房地产价格泡沫分析模型的研究综述

摘要 改革开放以来,随着中国经济的快速发展,房地产行业作为国家经济的支柱产业之一,其发展备受瞩目,本文回顾了国内外学者关于房地产价格泡沫产生的原因主要包括投机,银行信贷支持,金融系统过度支持,总结了相关的分析模型,分析房地产价格泡沫的危害,应对房地产泡沫的解决措施。 With the rapidly growth of China's national economy, the development of the real state industry which is considered as one of the national economic pillar industries has been paid a lot of attentions. The reason of real estate price bubble has been researched that it contained peculation credit support of the bank, excessive support of the financial system. Some relevant analysis models have been summaried. The hazard of real estate price bubble has been analyzed and the solution of real estate price has been put forward.
