摘要
随着自动化技术在矿山应用的发展,作为矿山六大系统之一的井下排水系统的自动化研究与应用具有重要意义。本文针对性的介绍了对-245M中段排水系统进行自动化改造的方案和过程,利用了成熟的PLC控制技术,工业以太网的通讯技术,实现自动检测、自动控制、自我诊断等功能,有效的提高了管理水平和综合经济效益,对其他相似系统工程的建设与改造提供借鉴和帮助,具有现实的指导意义。
With the development of automation technology in mining applications, the underground mine drainage system, as one of the six systems, has significance in the automation research and application. The paper introduced the plan and process for the automation transformation of the drainage system in the middle-245M section, used mature PLC control technology and industrial Ethernet communication technology to achieve automatic detection, automatic control, self-diagnosis functions, effectively improving the management level and the overall economic efficiency. It provides reference and help for the construction and transformation of other similar systems engineering and has a practical significance.
