应用临床路径教学法在普通外科护理实习教学中的作用

Role of Applied Clinical Pathway Teaching Method in the Teaching of General Surgical Nursing Practice

临床护理带教是护理专业教育的重要环节之一,目前,我校实习医院的临床护理带教老师大多拥有丰富临床经验却学历较低,同时教学方法单一陈旧,因此临床带教未能取得良好效果。根据实习医院的实际情况,我校教学小组和附属医院的带教老师在护理教学中引用临床路径这一理念,制定了普通外科实习教学表,经实践证明取得良好效果。

Clinical nursing teaching is one of the important aspects of nursing education. At present, the clinical nursing teachers in practice hospital of our college have extensive clinical experience but lower academic qualifications, while the teaching methods are single and old, so clinical teaching was unable to obtain good results. Depending on practices of internship hospital, the teaching group of our college and teachers in affiliated hospitals introduced the concept of clinical path to nursing teaching, established a table of practice teaching in general surgery, and had achieved good results through practice.
