摘要
现阶段高职市场营销专业存在重理论讲授轻实践操作,双师型教师数量不足,专业特色不突出,没有形成差异化发展等问题,我们提出需形成理实并重的课程体系,开展实践教学,多元渠道并行,建设"双师型"教师队伍,行指委宏观引导,凸显专业特色等加强高职营销专业实践教学的措施,以提升高职财经类专业实践教学质量,提高学生实践操作技能。
In the current stage, the specialty of marketing in vocational school has problems as follows: put more emphasis on theoretical instruction than practical operation; lack double-quality teachers; have no outstanding specialized characteristics and divergent development. We propose that it is necessary to take measures of enhancing the teaching practice of vocational school of marketing specialty such as to form course system of attaching equal importance to theory and practice, to implement practical teaching, to make multiple channels go parallel, to construct staff of "double-quality", to accept the instruction of industry guidance committee, and to project the specialized characteristics, so as to uplift the practice teaching quality of vocational school of finance and students' practical skills of the professional operation.
