摘要
基于高校教师绩效评价体系中所发现的的不和谐因素与其产生的原因,对提高高校教师绩效评价体系的和谐性提出相应的对策和建议,以期对高校人力资源管理和实践有所指导和参考。
Based on the disharmonious factors found in performance evaluation system of college teachers and its causes,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve college teachers performance assessment system,which will have guidance and reference to university human resources management and practice.
