随着海运业的飞速发展,船舶对海洋污染也越来越严重,绿色运输越来越受到实业界和理论界重视。先分析了海洋污染、绿色物流等基本概念,然后阐述了发展绿色运输的防治措施,最后给出了船舶海洋污染的防治措施。
