In this paper, social development and stability of Inner Mongolia border areas in the cross-border exchanges was studied, a series of issues that affect the development and stability of Inner Mongolia in the foreign exchanges were explored, which has great significance for building harmonious society of the border areas in the new era, providing decision-making basis and innovative ideas for the country＇s stability in maintaining and promoting the stable development of the border areas.
