摘要
企业设备选型的合理性决定了企业产品质量和生产成本,针对设备选型过程中影响因素的复杂性和多样性,构建设备选型评价指标体系。在此基础上,联合层次分析法和模糊综合评价法建立设备选型评价决策模型。最后通过实际案例验证了该模型的实用性。
Product quality and production cost of enterprise were determined by the rationality of selecting type of equipment. According to the complexity and diversity of influencing factors, the evaluation index system was established. On this basis, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were adopted to establish the evaluation and decision model of selecting what type of the equipment. Finally, model practicability was verified in one experience project.
