摘要
从示范建设开始,教育部已明确规定高职院校的核心工作要转到内涵建设上来。在这样的要求下,作为高职院校的辅导员,必须要根据不断变化的形势和要求对自身角色进行定位,不断拓宽工作思路、改进工作方法、引导学生成才。
The Ministry of Education defined the central work of vocational college is the connotation construction. Under this situation, the counselors must adjust their own role orientation based on the changing situation to improve the working method.
