The Reform and Practice of Exam Management on College English Test Band 4 and Band 6

全国大学英语四六级考试作为重要的国家级考试考生人数众多，社会影响大，对整个考试的组织管理要求高。笔者从事考试管理工作多年，结合工作实际情况，较为详细地阐述了在国家四六级考试管理中所采取的一些改革以及实践方法，以期为四六级考试的组织管理提供参考。

Since there are many students attending Band 4 and Band 6 each year with a huge influence, the management job of the exam becomes quite important and complicated. This article describes detailed management reform and practice in the university based on the work experience of author, and tries to provide reference for exam management.
