作文是运用语言文字进行表达和交流的重要方式，习作能力是语文素养的综合体现。小学中年段是小学生学习写作的起始阶段，重在培养学生的习作兴趣和信心，因此，帮助学生建立自己的习作“素材库”显得尤为重要。本文将结合笔者的教学实践，谈谈帮助学生建立习作“素材库”，提高学生习作能力的有效途径；

The essay is the use of language to express and exchange way, assignments capacity is a comprehensive reflection of language literacy. Elementary school middle segment is the initial stage of the writing of the pupils ＇learning, focuses on training the interest and confidence of the students＇ works, therefore, help students build their own assignments ＂material li- brary＂ is particularly important. This will combine my teaching practice, talk about helping students establish coursework ＂ material library＂, the effective way to improve students＇ assignments capacity.
