“执行力”就是‘执行并完成任务的能力”，学校班级管理工作中班主任的执行力是极其重要的，可从三个方面去把握：管理目标、管理制度、落实，如果把一个学校的全盘工作比作一个时钟，那么班主任的执行力就是时钟上的秒表。
