宁波市学前教育师资队伍的调查报告

摘要 学前教育的发展要依赖稳定高质量的师资队伍,宁波市学前教育师资的数量和规模比较乐观,但质量还有较大提升空间。,本调查通过对宁波市学前教育师资队伍的问卷调查,采用SPSS对问卷做了分析,从学历、性别、资格、职称等方面展示了师资队伍发展的现状,并指出师资队伍建设存在的主要问题,最后提出对策,以促进宁波学前教育师资队伍的发展, The development of preschool education depends on the stability of high-quality teachers, in Ningbo, the number and size of preschool teachers are optimistic, but there is much room for improvement of quality. The survey through a questionnaire survey of pre-school teachers in Ningbo, using SPSS to do the analysis of the questionnaire, and shows the present conditions of the teachers development in terms of education degree, gender, qualifications, titles and other aspects,and points out the main problems existing in the construction of teachers mote the development of preschool teachers in Ningbo. team, finally put forward the countermeasures, in order to promote the development of preschool teachers in Ningbo.
