苏南地区现代化的标杆国家、进程评价和战略选择

Modernization in South Jiangsu: A Study on the Benchmarking Countries,Process Assessment and Strategy Choice

根据资源禀赋、地理位置、经济崛起的时间,以及经济社会发展的先进性等因素考察,本文认为,可以选择韩国作为苏南地区现代化的标杆国家,进而结合人类发展指数(HDI)和江苏基本现代化指标体系涉及的经济社会指标,对苏南地区和韩国进行了多角度的比较,并依据对苏南地区现代化水平的客观评价,提出了推进现代化进程的战略选择。

According to resource endowment, location, the time of economic rise and the de- gree of the economic growth, we believe Korea can be regarded as a benchmarking country for ac- complishing the modernization in South Jiangsu. Furthermore, in this article we will take advantage of Human Development Index and economic and social indexes from modernization index system of Jiangsu Province to compare South Jiangsu with Korea from several aspects. Finally, we put forward the strategic choices of promoting the modernization process based on the level of modernization in South of Jiangsu area.
