摘要
本文报导了根据作者最近提出的自抽连续离心原理而研制的自抽连续液/固离心分离机的结构和工作原理。这里,转子除起离心转子作用外,还当作自抽水泵,自动往转子内供液.该机转速愈高,流量愈大,因此转速误差对离心效果的影响得到一定补偿.流量范围通过流量调节机构来改变,以适应不同样品的分离。该机适于实验室中在某一时期内分离相同样品的大量制备.在转子外径为Φ200mm,转速5000rpm 时分离细胞的处理量可达5l/h.本文中还描述了转子内的进液、甩液和取样通道,以及相应容器。
The structure and operating principles of a self—pumping continuous—flow liquid/solid centrifugal separator based on the principle of self—pumping continuous—flow centrifugation intro-duced by this auther are reported here.The rotor is used as a centrifuge rotor as well as a self suction pump automatically feeding suspensions to the rotor chamber.The rotor is consisted of a rotor body,a lid,and a core.The core is consisted of a core base,a septum holder,and septa which divids the rotor chamber to six connected space to avoid liquid whirling.When the rotor rotates above a certain speed,the suspension is pumped up into the rotor chamber by the action of self—pumping continuous—flow,centrifuged in it.Owing to the spiral form of the ejection tube,the relationship between flowrate and rotor speed is stable,reproducible,and predictable.The flowrate increases with increasing rotor speed,bringing some compensation to the influence of separation results caused by fluctuations of rotor speed.The range of flowrate can be changed by regulation mechanisms in order to meet various appli-cation needs.the machine is suitable for routine opeation when same materials are processed in a peri-od.Then,the operator need not to regulate either flowrate or rotor speed except running the machine.The flowrate is apploximately 5 1/h when processing culture cells using a rotor with outer diameter of 200mm at 5000mm.The feeding channel,ejection channel,collecting channel,and a container are explained.
