不同脂肪源对罗氏沼虾脂肪酸组成的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在探讨饲料中不同脂肪源组合对罗氏沼虾全虾脂肪酸组成的影响。设计5种不同脂肪源组合的饲料(Ⅰ.鱼油0.5%+豆油2.5%;Ⅱ.鱼油0.5%+菜籽油2.5%;Ⅲ.鱼油0.5%+花生油2.5%;Ⅳ.鱼油0.5%+亚麻油2.5%;Ⅴ.豆油1.5%+亚麻油1.5%),投喂平均体质量为(2.22±0.04)g的罗氏沼虾60d,采集的全虾样通过气相色谱法分析其脂肪酸相对含量。结果表明:Ⅲ组虾体单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量最高,达32.58%,显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组虾体n-6多不饱和脂肪酸(n-6PUFA)含量最高,为28.62%,并且显著高于其他4组(P<0.05)。Ⅳ组虾体n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3PUFA)含量最高,为17.17%,并且显著高于Ⅰ和Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。虾体二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸含量(EPA+DHA)则是Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组显著高于Ⅳ和Ⅴ组(P<0.05)。不同脂肪源组合对罗氏沼虾脂肪酸组成有显著影响。 This study was carried out to investigate the effect of different dietary lipid sources on fatty acid composition in body tissues of Macrobrachium Rosenbergii. Five experimental feeds with different oil combinations were designed as ( I . fish oil 0.5% + soybean oil 2.5%; II. fish oil 0.5% + rapeseed oil 2.5%; III. fish oil 0.5% + peanut oil 2.5% ; IV. Fish oil 0.5% + linseed oil 2.5% ; V. soybean oil 1.5% + linseed oil 1.5%), growth trial was conducted by feeding different diet on prawns, Mac robrachium rosenbergii,with average weight of (2.22±0.04)g for 60 d, the body tissues of whole shrimps were sampled and fatty acid composition were analyzed by Gas Chromatography subsequently. The results showed that the content of MUFA in group III was recorded as 32.58% which was the highest amount among treatments and it was significantly higher than that in group I , IV and V respectively (P〈O.05);the highest content of n6 PUFA was detected in group I with 25.62% which was greater than the other groups significantly (P〈0.O5);for n3 PUFA,the highest content with 17.17% was appeared in group IV which was significantly higher than either group I or m (P〈O.05). The content of EPA +DHA in group I , II and m were higher than group IV and V respectively (P〈O.05). This research imply that different lipid sources in diet may take apparent effects on fatty acid composition in Macrobrachium rosenbergii.
