唇(♀)×花(♂)杂交育种初步研究

Primary study on the hybridization breeding between Hemibarbus labeo (♀) and Hemibarbus maculates(♂)

研究分析了唇(♀)×花(♂)杂交育种的特点和可行性。结果表明:2008-2011年,共计获得约164万粒受精卵,杂交F1鱼苗111.7万尾。在水温18～26℃条件下,唇(♀)×花(♂)的催产率、受精率和孵化率可达到85.5%～89.2%、80.6%～81.2%和80%～85.6%。在水温(20±1)℃条件下,杂交F1受精卵在受精后94h10min,仔鱼开始出膜。初孵仔鱼全长5.75～6.83mm。杂交F1成鱼的体色和体型与母本比较相近。唇(♀)×花(♂)的杂交育种是可行的。

The hybridization breeding between Hemibarbus labeo （ ♀ ） ×Hemibarbus maculates （ ♂ ） by artificial method was studied in order to explore the hybridization possibility of Hemibarbus labeo （♀） × Hemibarbus maculates （♂）. The results showed that 1.64 million fertilized eggs and 1.117 million F1 hybrids were obtained by the crossing of Hemibarbus labeo （♀） × Hemibarbus maculates（ ♂ ）with artificial manipulation. from 2008 to 2011 years. Under the condition of 18-26℃ water temperature,spawning rate, the fertilizing rate and hatching rate, respectively 85.5%-89.2% ,80.6%-81.2% and 80%-85.6%. Fry began to be hatched out at 94 h 10 min after fertilization under the condition of （20±1）℃ water temperature. The larva of hatching out just was 5.75-6.83 mm in the total length. Color and shape of the hybrid F1 resembled H. labeo. It showed preliminarily that it was feasible for the hybridization breeding between Hemibarbus labeo （ ♀ ）×Hemibarbus maculates （ ♂ ）.
