农业作为国民经济的基础性产业,农产品价格调控关系到农业的长远发展和物价的稳定。农产品价格受多种因素的影响,而价格波动使生产者面临受益的不确定性。美国农产品价格管理机制运用政策化和市场化双重调节,政府在其中发挥了积极的作用,最大限度地抑制了价格波动,维护了本国农产品市场的稳定,对中国农产品价格管理具有借鉴意义。
As the basic industry of national economy,agricultural products prices regulation relates to the long-term development of agriculture and other industries' price are stable.Prices of agricultural products are affected by many factors.Agricultural products price management mechanism of America uses a dual regulation of policy and market.Governments play a positive role for restraining price fluctuations and maintain agricultural products market at a stable level.
