中国园艺产品的贸易调整成本问题分析

An Analysis on Trade Adjustment Costs of Chinese Horticulture Products

具有高附加值的园艺产品生产与贸易对中国农业发展与贸易结构调整至关重要,而贸易结构调整与贸易调整成本的大小、贸易绩效以及产业内贸易水平的高低有密切的关系。本文运用S指数具体测度中国园艺产品的贸易绩效和贸易调整成本,综合评估中国园艺产品面临的贸易调整压力。研究结果表明,中国园艺产品整体的贸易绩效良好,具有较强的国际竞争力,但面临扩张性的调整压力与调整成本,而且各产品、各类别的产业内贸易水平、贸易绩效与调整成本存在较大差异,应分门别类、分层次地对园艺产品的生产与贸易结构调整加以区别对待。

The Chinese agriculture trade has been fallen into trade deficit since 2004,while horticulture products trade is on the opposite.Horticulture products with high-value-added has an important strategic status for Chinese agriculture trade.It is very important for Chinese agriculture productive structure and trade pattern adjustment.The size of trade adjustment costs has close relationship to the structure,performance and the level of intra-industry trade.In order to comprehensively evaluate the pressure of trade adjustment on Chinese horticulture products,this paper uses S index to specific calculate the size of trade performance and trade adjustment costs on the product level.The result shows that Chinese horticulture products trade in overall has good performance and strong competitiveness in the face of expanding adjustment pressure and trade adjustment costs.While there is a big difference between various kinds and products for the trade performance and adjustment costs.To pay more attention on the important and specific horticulture kinds and products instead of imposing uniformity in the overall can be better guided and regulated adjustment of horticulture productive straucture and trade pattern in China.
