摘要
考虑到满足功率等级以及谐波电流限制等因素,较大功率家用和轻型商业变频空调的前级功率电路逐渐开始采用三相可控整流器。在分析一种由两只三电平单相整流器构成的三相三电平整流器工作原理的基础上,将其应用到变频空调的整流器设计中,采用传统单相PFC的电压外环和电流内环的双环控制和错相控制进行了理论分析和仿真分析,所得结果验证了三相三电平整流器的具有设计容易、单位输入功率因数等优点,没有电感均流和输出均压问题。
Considering the power level and standards of the harmonic currents, it is a trend for commercial or domestic variable-frequency air conditioners to use three-phase controlled rectifier as its primary side circuit. At first, what presented are the working principles of the three-phase three level rectifiers constituted by two single-phase three-level rectifiers and it was applied to inverter Air Conditioner's rectifier. What analyzed and simulated are the principle of voltage outer loop and current inner loop, dual loop control and interleaved phase control of traditional single-phase PFC. The results show that three-phase three-level rectifier is easy to design and have unit input power factor without inductance current and output voltage eoualization.
