摘要
智能电网已多次被写入政府工作报告中,越来越受到学术界和电网公司的重视。本文在智能电网发展的背景下,从用户侧加装储能系统的角度分析了这种方法的经济性。本文重点介绍了其减少规划电站容量和减少电费支出等方面带来的经济效益,然后建立相应的经济模型,最终使用粒子群算法和优化算法求解具体事例,其算法弥补了粒子群算法(PSO)和惩罚函数算法的成功率不高等缺陷,并通过数据分析论证了智能电网体系下在用户侧加接储能装置的优越性。
Smart Grid has been repeatedly written in the government work report and has been paid more and more attention in academia and state grid corporation. In the context of smart grid development ~ this paper analyzes the economy of this approach by the installation of the energy storage system in the user-side. It focuses on the economic benefits by reducing the planning power station capacity and the reduction of electricity costs. And through establishing the appropriate economic model, the specific examples using PSO ( Particle Swarm Optimization } and optimization algorithm have been solved, the algorithm is able to compensate the defects of not high success rate. Then by data analysis the advantages of configured with energy storage system in the user side of the smart grid system has been demonstrated.
