摘要
介绍了全桥拓扑开关电源的工作过程。针对最大电流自动均流法的特点,分析了均流控制原理。采用均流芯片UC3907和控制芯片SG3525A非隔离式连接的方式设计了电源的均流控制电路,实现了稳定性好和均流精度高的多电源模块并联工作的大功率电源系统,并给出实际设计的控制电路和仿真结果。研究结果对功率变换器控制系统的优化设计有参考价值。
The working process of the switching power supply based on full-bridge topology was introduced. For characteristics of automatic current-sharing with maximum current, the principle about current-sharing control is analyzed. The current-sharing control circuit of the switching power supply by the way of the non-isolated connection using the current-sharing chip UC3907 and control chip SG3525A is designed, the high-power power supply system that has good is well stability and high accurate current sharing with muhiple power modules in parallel operation has been realized. The practical control circuit and simulation results are given. The study results have reference value for the optimization design of the control system in power converters.
