摘要 随着新技术快速发展,欧洲三大通信设备制造企业积极调整自己的业务重心,优化结构和资源,为自己谋取更大的市场优势和利益。华为和中兴两家中国企业则走上了多元化的发展道路。这一方面是不得已而为之;另一方面,也是审时度势选择了更适合自己的发展模式。 Looking at the financial statement released by global top five communication equipment manufacturers published in early 2013, the operational situation of the sector is still not optimistic. Complicated market situation and structure, as well as different scale and characteristic of companies are forcing all the players to carry out strategic choices suitable for themselves in order to achieve sustainable development. The strategic transformation of Alcatel-Lucent started in 2008.It hoped to become a company mainly providing solutions and services to operators, by seeking to sell enterprise service including call center system, IP telephone and telephone voice system, as well as Ethernet exchange service. Nokia Siemens Networks announced new strategy in 2011, which planned to focus on mobile broadband and service, strive to achieve global No.1 or No.2, and greatly divest non-core service including microwave transmission, WiMAX, fixed broadband access, VoIP system, carrier Ethernet, BSS, etc.. Ericsson began business integration in around 2000, through which three major business systems been formed through acquisitions and spin-off, i.e. mobile broadband, telecom management service and BSS/OSS. ZTE is going on the road of diversification, who has expand their scope covering not only network equipment including wireless, fixed network, GSM, LTE and so on, but also terminals and enterprise services. In general, communication equipment manufacturers should select more suitable development model for themselves.
