改革开放以来甘肃省产业结构与就业结构演化研究

A Study on Dynamic Evolution of Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Gansu Province Since China Reform and Opening-up

实现产业结构优化和充分就业,需要产业结构和就业结构二者相互协调。通过分析改革开放以来甘肃省产业结构和就业结构的演化路径和二者之间的相互影响,使用结构偏离度指标可知,甘肃省产业结构不断优化,随着产业结构的变化,各产业容纳就业的能力在减弱。为实现就业结构和产业结构的协调,需要采取相应政策和措施。

To achieve optimal industrial structure and full employment of labor,the industrial structure and employment structure must be coordinated.The evolution path and interaction analysis of industrial structure and employment structure in Gansu province since China reform and opening-up and using the index of structure deviation degree shows that the industrial structure in Gansu province has been better.With the change of industrial structure,the capability of hold the employed population of three industries is decreased.We propose some corresponding measures and suggestions according to the above.
