二维激光扫描转鼓的设计与研究

Designing and Researching About two Dimension Laser Scanning Rotating Drum

本文介绍了用一个转鼓实现二维扫描的方法,着重分析了转鼓设计时应该注意的几个问题,诸如转鼓的外形尺寸、几何精度及运动精度对扫描特性的影响,最后举出一个十八面转鼓的设计实例,并给出具体参数。

In this paper,we advance the principle of using one polygonal scanner to realize two dimen-sion scanning with wide scan angle and large scan.A number of parameters have been considered when designing a scanner,such as the polygon's overall size,geometry and motion precision.And these fac-tors affect the scan characters are analysed.Finlly,according to the pratical need,we design a polygon with 18 facets,which satisfies with technical need,and give the parameters of the poison.
