我国国际河流的特征及合作开发利用研究

Characteristics of Chinese international rivers and their cooperative development

本文在分析我国国际河流的基本特征的基础上 ,就我国国际河流合作开发利用的意义、优先区域与领域及管理协调机制、资源分配机制进行了初步研究。

This paper presents some initial results of the research on the development and Co-operation of Chinese international rivers according to their essential Characteristics The rivers in northeast of China are vast in number with a large drainage area, most of which are multi-boundary rivers or out-of-boundary rivers; rich in water and advantage innavigation All of the rivers in northwest of China are enter boundary or out-of-bourdary rivers,and there are all kinds of complement patterns such as rain, seasonal ice water, glacial water and underground water Most of rivers in southwest of China are rich in water power resources with great falls but disadvantageous in navigation and are mainly complemented by permanent ice water, underground water and rain The various development models for each of them are discussed in this paper
