摘要
为了研究成都地区砂卵石地层条件下深基坑开挖对周边紧邻建筑物沉降变形的影响,基于成都典型深基坑工程实例,对深基坑开挖过程中紧邻建筑物沉降实测数据进行了分析研究。实测结果表明:砂卵石地层条件下深基坑开挖可能会使紧邻建筑物底部被抬起;距离基坑远近是影响周边建筑物沉降的重要因素;基坑周边建筑物沉降过程具有明显的时效性,由此得出的研究结果,对合理的基坑支护设计具有现实指导意义。
In order to assess the settlement deformation of adjacent building that was caused by deep excavation in sandy cobble ground in Chengdu. Based on typical engineering example of deep foundation pit, the actual monitoring data of adjacent buildings in the stage of deep excavation was analyzed. The measured results were concluded as follows: 1. the bottom of adjacent buildings may be raised by deep excavation in sandy cobble ground; 2. the distance of deep foundation pit and adjacent buildings has important influence on the settlement deformation of adjacent buildings; 3. the process of the settlement deformation of adjacent buildings has significant timeliness. The obtained results have practical guidance meaning to the reasonable supporting design of deep foundation pit.
