摘要
湘桂铁路三街漓江双线特大桥桥区地质条件复杂、岩溶发育,桩基础施工过程中出现各类问题。为确保工程顺利进行,同时降低了施工风险,依据问题提出了具体的施工对策。根据水下灌注桩施工原理,利用多次封"底"技术措施,解决因溶洞造成混凝土面下降导致断桩问题;利用连通器的原理,解决串孔施工问题。该桥施工中出现的这类问题的7根桩施工完成后经第三方超声波检测均为Ⅰ类桩。
As a result of complex geological conditions and Karst development in Xianggui Railway Sanjie-Lijiang Two-lane Large Bridge Area, there are many problems in the construction process. To ensure project is carried out smoothly and to control construction risk, corresponding detail countermeasures are put foreword in the paper. According to construction principals of underwater pile, Repeatedly Seal "the Bottom" technology is used to solve Broken Pile caused by karst concrete sinking. String holes construction is solved through connected device principal. Seven piles of the bridge are tested as A class piles through superwave detect After the construction.
