摘要
工程造价的管理对建设项目的经济效益有着十分直接的影响。目前我国对于造价管理体制的改革已经取得了许多较为明显的成果,其中科学使用造价控制方法的研究也有了一定的突破。本文主要就造价动态控制中的赢得值原理应用进行探讨。
The project cost management of construction project economic efficiency has a very direct influence. Now in our country, the construction cost management system reform has made many more obvious results, the scientific use of cost control research methods also have certain breakthrough. In this paper, mainly on the dynamic control of construction cost this paper probes into the application of earned value principle.
