摘要 65例应用冠状动脉内压力导丝检测血流储备分数,该结果可应用于冠状动脉各种病变的介入指导,对临界病变的诊断和治疗决策有很好的指导作用。术前做好患者的心理护理和相关准备,术中密切配合,做好并发症的预防护理是手术成功的关键。
