The paper reports on a kind of technical method that is how to collect electromagnetic field amplitude with the useful information of geodetic medium produced by a noise excitation based on the available electromagnetic system,and on its applied effect in a geologic engineering.The author made a discussion on the application of noise source to the engineering geology,which is used as a field source in the utilization of the frequency domain electromagnetic method.
