复方丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定心绞痛疗效观察

Compound Danshen Dripping Pill Combined with Atorvastatin in Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的:探讨分析复方丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定心绞痛的疗效。方法:随机抽取2010年至2011年我院收治的80例不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用复方丹参滴丸和阿托伐他汀钙进行治疗,两组患者治疗3个月后,对比两组患者用药后有效缓解心绞痛的情况、心电图的改善程度及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者在心绞痛缓解情况、心电图的改善程度与对照组患者相比,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用复方丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗不稳定心绞痛,治疗效果显著,无明显的副作用,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the analysis of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with atorvastatin in treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Method： Random sampling from 2010-2011 year, the hospital treated 80 cases of unstable angina pectoris patients, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group, while the control group adopted conventional treat- ment, the observation group in the conventional treatment combined with compound and atorvastatin calcium treatment, two groups of patients after treatment for 3 months, Danshen dripping pill comparison of the two groups of patients after treatment, effectively alleviate the case of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Result： Patients in observation group in the remission of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram improvement compared with the control group of patients, There＇s significant statistical differences significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： The use of compound Danshen dropping pill combined with atorvastatin calcium in treatment of unstable angina pectoris, obvious curative effect, no side effect, worthy of clinical application.
