烟煤与油页岩热解液体产物组成及性质的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以两种烟煤和一种油页岩为原料,利用处理量为2.5 kg/h的热解实验装置进行煤与油页岩的热解实验,采用CP-3800和GC/MS分析仪分析了热解液体产物的组成及性质,实验结果表明:液体产物主要由长链烃、酚类化合物及稠环芳烃化合物等组成。在435℃、481℃、555℃时,六级煤液体产物中含量最高的分别为:长链烃、非酚含氧化合物、酚的衍生物;440℃时,造气入炉煤焦油中长链烃含量达到50.85%,油页岩在430℃时,长链烃占焦油总量的55.464%。 In this paper, pyrolysis experiment of two bituminous coals and one oil shale is carried out in a pyrolysis experiment device which treats 2.5 kg/h of fuel. With CP- 3800 and GC/MS,we analysed the composition and properties of pyrolysis products. The results show that:When the pyrolysis temperature are at 435℃ ,481℃and 555℃ ,the Long Chain Hydrocarbon, No Phenol Oxygen Compound and Phenol Derivatives are in abundance of liquid products of the Six levels of coal ; For the revamping of coal, when the pyrolysis temperature is at 440~C, the yield of the Long Chain Hydrocarbon in the tar can be up to 50. 85% ;For the oil shale, when the pyrolysis temperature is at 430℃, the yield of the Long Chain Hydrocarbon in the tar can be up to 55. 464%
