摘要
由调速型液力偶合器或可调式液力变矩器和行星齿轮传动构成的液力机械调速装置具有效率高、寿命长、工作可靠等优点,特别适合应用于各种大功率工作机的速度控制。本文分析了液力行星齿轮复合传动装置的基本结构和系统的功率分流原理,介绍了风力发电恒速控制等几种典型应用实例及工作特性。新型液力机械调速装置有优良的传动品质及经济性,具有良好的应用与开发前景。
The hydrodynamic mechanical variable speed devices, consisting of variable speed hydrodynamic coupling or adjustable torque converter and planetary gear transmission have the advantages of high transmission efficiency, long life, and reliable operation, which are especially suitable for all kinds of high power working machine speed control. The basic components and the principle of power splitting for the transmission system on hydrodynamic planetary gear transmission devices are analyzed in the paper. Meanwhile, some typical application examples and work characteristics such as the wind power constant speed control are also discussed. These new kinds of hydrodynamic devices not only provide the excellent transmission quality, also remain economic, indicating the hydrodynamic transmission technique still has wide applications and promising future.
