摘要
在阐明余热回收的原则的基础上,结合一个园区改造实例,对系统水热平衡设计和实现系统自动控制的方法、步骤和注意事项进行了论述。在调研工艺需求和余热资源现状基础上,先按照就近利用、梯级利用、系统规划和效益最大化原则做出规划,然后根据水、热平衡计算、校核余热量,最后做出详细实施方案。为实现方案目标,对系统中关键节点参数进行自动化精确控制。通过改造,实现了系统高效、稳定运行。采用系统匹配设计方法可实现效益最大化。
Based on clarifying the principles of the waste heat recovery , combined with a transform instance in an industrial garden, the methods, steps and precautions of design for system balance of water and heat and implementation of automatic control are discussed . On the basis of researched process requirements, we maintained the status quo of the waste heat resources, planned in accordance with the principle of the nearest utilization, cascade utilization, system planning and maximizing the benefits at first, then checked the balance of the water&heat, finally made a detailed embodiment. To achieve the objectives of the program, the parameters of key nodes in the system are controlled automatically and precisely. Through the transformation, it achieved efficient and stable operation of the system. The design methods of system matching can achieve maximum benefit.
