摘要
机电一体智能炭化秸秆固化成形机作业,先将电气智能化加热装置的参数一般调控在500℃~650℃(此参数范围内的不同温度,根据秸秆种类和机型结构不同进行选择)开机,其被加工秸秆直接受热温度210℃~395℃反馈显示时,秸秆经机腔内,双向模滚压,趋向于成形,秸秆炭化;因而实现了加工秸秆燃料块不加任何添加剂(煤化剂)或不用炭化炉炭化秸秆,一次性提高了秸秆固化成形块取代煤碳做燃料的发热量,其发热量达13.18 MJ/kg~14.5 MJ/kg。
This paper is about mechanically electrical intelligent carbonized straw curing molding machine operation. First, the electrical intelligent heating device parameters are generally regulated within the temperature 500℃ - 650℃( temperatures vary with the selection of boot straw types and models of different structures), its feedback displays when straw was directly heated to 210℃ -395℃, in the machine cavity, bi - directional mode rolling tends to take shape and straw tends to carbonize ; thus it achieves the processing of straw fuel block without any additives (coalification agent)or without the carbonization furnace charring straw, which means it increases the heating capacity of straw block to replace coal as fuel heat at the sametime, the heating capacity amounts to 13.18 MJ/kg- 14.5 MJ/kg.
