利用高炉冲渣水余热,经过滤处理后做为一次热媒,自来水做为二次热媒,通过板式换热器进行换热,一次水降温后回到原有冲渣水系统,二次水加热后可用于职工洗浴用水。这样不仅节约了能源消耗,降低成本,而且高炉冲渣水余热也得到合理利用。

Utilizing the cooling water for blast furnace slag heat, we filters the water as a heat medium and tap water as two times of heat medium. Through the heat exchanger for heat exchange, the primary water cooled back to the original flushing slag water system, the secondary heating water can be used for employees bath water. This not only saves the energy consumption, reduces costs, and water for blast furnace slag heat also gets reasonably used.
