On the Relationship between WTO and China's Institutional Innovation

制度创新是推动经济发展的动力 ,加入WTO将从外部推动我国经济改革中的制度创新过程。首先 ,政府的职能应加以转换 ;其次 ,要打破地方保护主义的藩篱 ;第三 ,在国企内部和外部引进多种所有制结构 ;第四 ,修改我国的市场规则 ,使之与WTO的原则一致。

Institutional innovation is dynamical to economic development. To be admitted into WTO is thought an external force upon the process of institution innovation as a part of our economic reforms. Four points are discussed: Firstly, the government function should be altered; secondly, localism should be suppressed; thirdly, multi-ownership should be structured within and out of the state-owned enterprises; and finally, our market rules are to be revised to be in compliance with the WTO laws.\;
