摘要
分析了目前我国企业人力资源管理上存在的问题,进而提出了构建企业人力资源管理框架应注意的几个方面:在企业战略分析的基础上构建人力资源整体规划;在价值链分析的基础上构建人力资源沟通、激励和约束机制,以学习型组织为诉求构建人力资源价值。
This paper analyses the current problems in corporate HR management in China and then puts forward the following suggestions to build the framework of HR management: building overall HR adjustment plan on the basis of strategic analysis; building HR communication, incentive and restrain mechanism on the ground of value chain analysis; building HR value through learning organizations.
