微创法与传统法取钉棒内固定关于术后腰背部疼痛的比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较微创与传统方式取脊柱钉棒内固定患者术后腰背部的疼痛的情况。方法对我科收治的胸腰椎骨折传统钉棒内固定术后的48名患者分别采用微创方式及传统方式取出脊柱内固定,按照VAS评分分别记录2组患者术后1,3,7,14,30 d疼痛评分的变化情况。术后3月时采用改良的Macnab评估标准对患者术后腰背部疼痛进行评估。结果2组患者术后1,3,7,14,30 d伤口疼痛VAS评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。术后3月微创组的优良率85.0%;传统组的优良率64.3%。结论微创方式较传统方式可降低脊柱内固定取出术后胸腰部的疼痛。 Objective To compare the thoracicolumbar pain between the limited invasive technique and the traditional technique after operation.Methods The 48 patients of the thoracicolumbar bone fracture uses separately the limited invasive technique and the traditional technique,records the VAS of 2 group of patient t after 1,3,7,14,30 d,ache grading change situation.3 months use the Macnab standard to record the improvement.Results The 2 group has the significance difference in 1,3,7,14,30 d after operation.,the improvement of the limited invasive technique is 85.0%,the improvement of traditional technique is 64.3%.Conclusion The limited invasive technique is prefer to the traditional technique after operation in the thoracicolumbar pain.
