基质金属蛋白酶与腰椎间盘退变的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 腰椎间盘退行性变是骨科的常见病、多发病之一,是引起腰椎间盘突出症、慢性下腰、神经痛的重要病理基础,其复杂生理病理改变受到多种因素调控。本文就基质金属蛋白酶与该病发病机制的关系进行探讨,重点探讨了基质金属蛋白酶与血管内皮生长因子、肿瘤坏死因子-α、金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂、腰椎间盘突出重吸收等因素的关系及研究现状,以期为临床干预椎间盘退变过程及保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供一种新的手段和方法。
