摘要
利用有限元分析软件对车架进行设计,再通过车架耐久试验台、道路试验等多种手段进行强度验证,可提前预测并发现车架设计中存在的强度问题,再通过优化设计进行避免。
This paper introduces an analysis on the frame breaking of a 250 mL scooter-To design the scooter frame with finite analysis software, then to check the strength of the frame through durability test and road test. By this way, the problems on the frame strength can be found earlier and be solved during the design phase.
